No Refunds / Exchanges

  1. All Sales Final
    Because of the nature of the products sold on Curated by Kacee, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  2. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at curatedbykacee@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos showing the damage or defect

    • A description of the issue

    After reviewing the information, we may, at our sole discretion:

    • Offer a replacement

    • Issue a store credit

    • Offer a partial refund

    The remedy will depend on the specific situation, and we abide by applicable consumer protection laws.

  3. Shipping Issues / Lost Packages
    We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been shipped.
    If your tracking shows delivery but you never received your order, please contact the carrier.
    If there is an error on our part (wrong item shipped, etc.), contact us and we will work to resolve it.

  4. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
    Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or issue refunds based on change of mind.

  5. Cancellation Policy
    If you attempt to cancel an order, we may allow cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped, at our discretion. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as per “No Refunds.”

  6. Policy Changes
    We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version posted on our site at the time of purchase will govern your order.
